Yes I am about to go to see my personal trainer yet again. i have yet to discover the meaning behind the famous words "you ain't trying if there is no pain involved". If anyone can find the creator of this statement please let me know so that I can rip his legs off and beat him over the head with them.

OMFG!!!!!! My personal trainer was sick today and unable to make it. So in light of this situation I was given to the DEVIL for an hour of OMFG pain. Yes I have met the devil and I know uis name. It is andrew and if any of you meet him run for your life. I have never done so many crunches in my life.

So he says quite nicely, that he is going to work on cardio and burn some fat. SOME what did he forget that I have not worked out in oh I don't like forever. I really and truly though about hurting this guy after the first 15 minutes of intensive cardio workout. I am not sure there is a muscle group this guy did not punish today.

To start off we did football warmup drills. My stretching consisted of lunge steps up and back on a basket ball court width. then of course you have high knees, then twist steps, then ofcourse their around the courtwas the backwards running into side lunges then backwards lunges. then rsn two laps and then did push ups and about 30 crunchies while trying to touch his hand about three feet up/ OMFG.

So this loveliness continued for anouther half hour with resistance training thrown in at different times for a change in routine. May I say that resistance training absolutley sucks when your body is screaming at you to get away from the devil.

The best part came when I had to do up and backs all the way down the basketball court. I haven't done those since high school and we really do not want to know how long ago that was. to top off my workout I had to walk and run 6 laps around the court with a 6 pound medicine ball. what likw walking and running was not enough. Oh and I almost forgot the bring the medicine ball over my head in a circle then slam it on the ground TWENTY TIME on each side. Then TWENTY times of throwing it against the wall from chest hieght. 

Well needless to say since I started this journey and have another 12 session to go PRAY FOR ME PLEASE.

Ok so i have a day off today and tomorrow. So what do you think I am going to do but put my body through some pain and torture. thats right I have finally had enough of my big old gut. and decided to go to the gym and let somewone who knows what they are doing help me lose weight and get back into shape. Oh God, have I really signed up for hell or what. Anyway she is an attractive 21 year old red head and is way to bubbly for me, but what the hell. Atleast my deviant side will be happy,. Talk to you all later after I am abused by this girl. The worst paert is she is not even out of college yet and still knows more about fitness then i do.

Earlier I wrote a little note on my status, it by no means does my situation any credit. Earlier today I almost lost my life. It makes you wonder why do i do this job?!!!! Really, are the risks worth the idiots on the fucking roads. I was following A BIG FUCKING RED FIRE ENGINE today at about 500 meters behind him. We were going emergency and I had a different siren sound then he did, plus we were both using are abnoxiously loud fucking air horns to make people aware of our approach. Well needless to say The BIG RED FIRE ENGINE got T-BONED by a real idiot. I saw this and slowed down real fast and was told by said fire engine to continue to the entrapment call we were originally headed to. What neither of us realized was that there was another idiot coming to the intersection at that very moment. As I cleared the intersection and started to move forward my partner screams rather loudly WHAT THE FUCK. I looked and there I saw my life pass before my eyes. But I have been doing this for a long time and figured WTF pull hard left and hope like hell that I do not flip this big ungainly box on a van chassy over. Luckily all I did was set my truck in the ditch and was able to continue on my way to the call I was originally sent on.
Here is the kicker as the car passed by us I could here his car stereo with no problem over my sirens with my windows rolled up and my heart pounding in my ears.
And if that was not enough as we traveled up Hwy 78 a vehicle traveling in front of us could not figure out were to go and ended up spinning out in front of us as we were traveling at 65 MPH.
I realize that there are many things I should expect in life especially as an ENT. But really can these idiots not see a BIG RED FIRE ENGINE with lights and sirens and a loud ass air horn going off, or know what to do when an Ambulance is coming down the road.

For those of you who are wondering yes I am a little pissed off.

I found myself in charge of the EMS side of security for the Hyat this year. That was unexpected and was really hard to do. Not much sleep gained. Had some fun with friends, but was not able to do much. I did manage to steal a couple of hours with my wife at the Con, very much needed, but other then that I worked almost the entire Con. I made some mistakes but everyone was either to nice to mention them or did not see them. We will see what occurs next. I truly enjoy spending time with my freinds even if we are dead tired and grouchy by the end of con.

Well I am not sure what is up for next year. Maybe I will be asked to do it again, or maybe I will get lucky and be a grunt again, NO RESPONSIBILITY, yeah that is a pipe dream appareantly. Well I hope you all had fun that went to Con and for those who did not make it we missed you.

So last night I get a call from George she is broke down at 85 and hwy 34. Apparently the car decided to start wigging out. The lights a flickering like a christmas tree then the car died. Well after and hour and a half she arrived home with the car on a tow truck oh yeah more bills. So this morning called Tires Plus and told them that the alternator is bad after checking it out myself. Yeah I can do somethings with a car real simple when you take the positive jumper cable of when the car is running then it dies. They said it was still under warranty so they have to replace it free of charge. If their is a charge I will scream bloody murder, so if you here an explosion down south don't worry I have just gone nuclear on Tires Plus. See you on the other side then.

having fun at work? not really. had my wedding anivesary last night. took george to dinner went home and promply died. worked 13 hour shift yesterday.

I am so sorry was playing around yesterday and completely forgot your Birthday was yesterday. I hope you had a great one take care and I will see you on Sunday.

I have had a great many so-called friends in my life over the past 42 years and some have truly hurt me greatly. I guess that is why i tend to let people think I am a shallow uncaring person i know that most of you know that I care deeply about my job as I really hate to lose a patient.

I have met some of the greatest friends through DragonCon. they have helped me finally define what a true friend is. So here it is my definition of a true friend.

A true friend is an individual that gives without thinking what is in it for me. A true friend will laugh with you about the stupid thing you did and then kick you in the butt because you knew better in the first place, then give you a shoulder to cry on after they are done. A true friend is there when you need them NOT when it is convenient for them. A  true friend is not afraid to tell you that you are being an ass and then tell you that they still love you. A true friend will always ask you to go out even when you have said you could not the past million times they ask. A true friend calls you just to say hey I was thinking about you how are you doing? There are a lot of people in this world, and I am lucky to have some of the best friends in the world. Thank you each and everyone of you,especially Spitty, 4x4, Artemis, and Eeyore.

Today was my annual review. I got a great evaluation and received a raise to boot. Boy they are really crazy, if they only knew the real me.

Hey everyone just like to say that it is official George did her thesis defense thursday and got it right the first time. The entire committee signed her thesis and now we are relaxing with me having to tell her that she does not have to work on her thesis anymore, well at least until they figure out the problem that she is going to publish in a mathematical journey by Dec. Oh boy watch out starting June maybe a lot of hair flying in the wind. So be kind and return it to her if you catch any.

Well well it is finally here again. What to do? Well this year I do believe that I am in great need of having a lot of fun. I hope to see as may of my friends as possible and making new ones. 7 days and counting.

Recently I went on a date with a young lady that I was interested in getting to know. Unfortunately, I was mislead, no not mislead but actually lied to about certain aspects of her life. I really feel like a horses ass as a result of this and honestly need someone to pull the boot out of my ass as it is wedged up there pretty far. Those of you who know me know that one of my pet peeves is to be lied to, I really hate it and quit honestly want to ring this individual's neck for lieing to me. But a lesson learned is a lesson gained.

Well I am going on a date tonight with someone who is not my wife for the first time in 13 years. To be honest with you I am apprehensive about it. What to I say? What do I do? These are all things going through my mind right now and honestly It scares the ell out of me because not only an I doing this but if I like her enough to want to her involved in my life what about what my wife thinks of her or my friends. I truly value all of their opinions, especially my wife's.

Well hopefully everything turns out alright. Wish me luck.

Two weeks and counting. Boy what kind of trouble can I get myself into this year. Have already started packing the rope and floggers. Now all I need to do is make it through the next two weeks of work without losing my cool with these idiots in Dekalb County. Some of these people really need to have their brains reinserted, because I think they have taken them out for some unknown reason.

Work is going great I have nit had a panic attack in three weeks and My lovely slave got a wonderful flogging just the other week. I was in so high spirits especially when she went into her space, oh yeah need to make sure I have someone there to help me with after care almost dropped her. Any takers I could even tie you up in rope while I was doing this. LOL

 A dear friend of mine told me to check out this site so here I am. Spitty you have always been a dear and wonderful friend since I have met you. I wish you and 4x4 the best and can not wait until the wedding. To all my friends I do need to tell you that I have recently left Grady due to lack of respect from some of the individuals there. I did go back to Care and now I work every other weekend from 8am to 8pm. I am horrible at posting but I will try to post a bit more on here.
